Our machines are designed to assemble micro, small and medium size products, such as perfume and pharmaceutical pumps, spray caps, closure caps, airbags, electrical switches, circuit breakers, etc. We provide solutions to various markets, such as: personal care, pharmaceutical, electrical, electronic, automotive, and many others. In the Cosmetic and Medical sector our machines are used to assemble dispensers and micro-pumps. In the Electrical and electronic field, we produce machines for fast assembly of ceramic fuses and multi-format ceramic fuses, terminals, Connectors, switches etc. In the Automotive and mechanical industry our machines are used to assembly engine parts, alternators, motor starter, safety belts etc.

The technology used depends on the kind of application requested by our customer: we produce fast index modules with rapid tooling for the assembly of products composed of different families of closures and continuous motion modules where the assembly speed is the key element. In fact the assembly speed is variable, depending on the type of closure and the customer’s needs, from 60 to 1200 parts per minute.

Production of assembly machine for metal caps

Apart from the normal assembly machines Sacmi Velomat manufactures slitting and bending machines that can be manufactured with or without the combination of these two phases. The slitting machines are always CNC for simplified management of the format changeover. Machines can be made with both operations on single head and on different heads depending on the type of application needed. The working speed ranges from 300 to 1200 pieces per minute. It is possible to integrate the lines with vision inspection systems.
