• through the Train the Trainers programme, the Academy selects the SACMI personnel who are best qualified to pass on the company’s knowledge and know-how to others, based on their experience, duties and aptitude. And the result? 100 certified SACMI trainers.

• To structure its courses, the Academy collaborates with some of the most important training bodies in Italy, including the Bologna Business School and Turin Polytechnic.

The Academy environments

The SACMI Academy, which consists of 400 square metres dedicated to training activities, is located in the heart of the parent company, SACMI Imola’s production facility, in Via Selice Provinciale 17A, in the W35 building next to the goods unloading area.
Functional, flexible spaces that are ideal for "collaborative training", personal development and the exchange of ideas and skills.
The choice of colours – blue, orange and green – reflects the "en plain air" harmony, underlined by the use of saturated hues and the inclusion of wood as a natural material.

Thanks to new digital technologies, SACMI training courses are available everywhere. Each classroom is equipped for both remote or in-person participation, eliminating distances and making training more sustainable.
