ELM is a complete solution combining advanced hardware and smart software to customize crown cap liners through laser marking. The system includes a laser marker, vision inspection, and a dedicated conveyor, all seamlessly integrated with PMC300 automation.
Marking is achieved by activating a special additive in the liner material, delivering clean and durable results without inks or consumables. Available for new machines or as a retrofit, ELM provides a flexible and efficient way to enable advanced customization.
