The process
Located on a glazing unit are glazing pots which hold the objects in place via a vacuum. Already before the parts are put in place, the glazing pots fill up with glaze.
Subsequently, the glazing unit swivels the objects into the glaze in the glazing pan, rotating simultaneously.
For one, this causes the base of the object to be glazed with the quantity of glaze in the glazing pot, while also coating the surface completely in glaze at the same time. After swiveling back into the initial position, the parts are removed (after allowing them to dry).
