SACMI electronic-volumetric fillers, equipped with innovative neck-type
feed systems and
electronic control of every filling stage; such fillers are also
ergonomic and
low-maintenance. The result? A complete yet compact system, also available as a
COMBO version to smooth installation on existing plants.
An all-round partner, from raw material to final product, SACMI provides
complete solutions upstream and downstream from the bottling line. Playing a pivotal role at Pack Expo Vegas will be SACMI's broad bottle/container labelling range, capable of responding to any production requirement. More specifically, SACMI will showcase a
KUBE labeller, noteworthy for an
unrivalled versatility that stems from
compatibility with multiple technologies and labelling systems (the exhibited machine is for
self-adhesive labelling). Renowned for its unique adaptability, KUBE goes hand in hand with a wider SACMI machine set designed with
high productivity in mind, such as the
OPERA Modular range, the world-leading rotary labelling solution. As the name suggests, modularity maximises performance and usability across a broad application range.
There are also major developments as regards
CCM, SACMI's flagship plastic capsule manufacturing technology; this now has a
multilayer configuration – for the sustainable manufacture of single serve capsules – and includes
new PET applications. With
CBF, SACMI extends the intrinsic advantages of this first-class technology to the
dairy and pharma sectors.
On the preform production front
SACMI IPS lets customers give
PET - the recyclable raw material
par excellence - a '
second life'; it does so by allowing the manufacture of preforms made of up to
100% rPET (using
standard machines) and permitting the use of raw materials in
recycled flake form in quantities of up to
50%. A decisive swing towards sustainability, then, all with a tried and tested platform and SACMI-guaranteed assistance before, during and after the sale.
Similarly, flexibility and personalisation are also the hallmarks of the
SACMI Packaging&Chocolate range. More specifically, in Las Vegas the Division will be presenting for the '
from oven to case' bakery sector, designed for the primary or secondary packaging of
very delicate or irregularly shaped bakery items.
The solution consists of a loading system equipped with
robot “
fast pickers”
featuring the exclusive Smart Pick system; the latter groups biscuits before sending them to a
SACMI JT PRO packaging machine and then a box form-fill-seal unit (from the Active series).
