SACMI Packaging&Chocolate: now stronger in packaging across the German linguistic-cultural region

New SACMI Packaging&Chocolate Swiss SA branch inaugurated in the modern high-tech Neuhausen am Rheinfall district. The goal? To provide customers with new high-added-value services alongside a dedicated R&D facility

With its innovation force and long-term business experience, the new SACMI Packaging&Chocolate Swiss SA branch aims to strengthen the positioning of SACMI Packaging&Chocolate in the global packaging business and the services it provides across the entire German language-cultural region.

Based in Neuhausen am Rheinfall – in Rhytech Areal, a brand new district packed with firms working in the material sciences sector – the branch has been set up in close collaboration with the SACMI parent company as part of a wider plan to extend and reinforce the Group's Packaging&Chocolate business.

The branch has set itself the mission of developing even tighter, closer-proximity customer relations by providing new high-added-value sales and assistance services. In keeping with the area's high-tech vocation, the branch will also be home to an expert team of flowpack and packaging engineers and technicians.

Conceived as a true innovation-driven Packaging&Chocolate start-up, the new branch looks forward to welcoming customers to a cutting-edge facility that is both modern and innovative.

The Neuhausen am Rheinfall branch – open to visits from existing and potential customers – will also, among other things, feature an all-new test area for the completion of R&D projects, feasibility studies and product/film testing so that investment in technology for the moulding, wrapping and secondary packaging of chocolate and other confectionary goods can be converted into high-performance results.
