PROTOTYPE ANALYSIS

Performance checks and product validation in accordance with the requirements of key bottlers or international standards. Lab testing with real size samples and analysis of requested specifications. SACMI is a Pepsico-certified test facility.

PRODUCT VALIDATION

The Customer receives the samples and can test the products on their premises with their own equipment; this allows large-scale bottling tests to be performed at the final user’s facility and provides an opportunity to evaluate any fine tuning need.

INDUSTRIAL PRODUCTION PLAN

Once the validation process has been completed, mould, machine and line design are activated.
