ECLIPSIM-COAT

Vision system for the Quality Control of painted sheets

Eclipsim-Coat is the new generation of Vision Systems for Quality Control of coated sheets. Through the use of high resolution linear cameras and the patented SACMI Chrometriq illuminator, Eclipsim acquires the image of the entire sheet and analyses it in real time and at line speed, guaranteeing the detection of all defects typical of the painting process.

ECLIPSIM-DECO

Vision system for the Quality Control of lithographed sheets

ECLIPSIM-DECO is the new generation of Vision Systems for Quality Control of metal sheet lithography. It uses a high-resolution colour camera and specific illuminators for reflective and diffuse colours. Allowing the detection of major lithographic defects, such as colour deviations (ΔE), off-register, stains, contamination, scratches, water defects, out-of-square and others.

ULYSSE

"All-in-One" vision system for the Quality Control of metal lids

ULYSSE is an "All-in-One" vision system suitable for the inspection of metal lids such as Open Top, Shell, Easy Open, shaped lids (1/4 CLub, Dingley, oval) or lugged caps. Based on the patented SACMI Chrometriq-100 illuminator, it is also available with Double Shot technology and UV illumination. Thanks to the integration of the calculation unit inside the illuminator, the unit is compact and easy to install on any new or existing line.

iCanEnd

Multi-camera and multi-line vision system for metal lid inspection

Thanks to the innovative patented Chrometriq illuminator, the vision systems of the iCanEnd family can capture three or four images with different lighting. Coupled with ultra-high resolution colour cameras (up to 5M pixels), iCanEnd improves visibility of all defects by reducing false rejects. It can control up to four parallel and independent production lines.

LUGGEDCAP360-3D is the world's first Vision System for checking the internal back and side wall of caps, with or without flaps. Complete with 5 cameras and the innovative CVS360-3D module, it allows the 3D lid to be developed in a 2D image, compensating for any potential distortion effect that could derive from perspective, optics and spatial position.

ELIOSCAN

Vision system for the Quality Control of beverage cans decoration

Based on the SACMI CVS360-3D technology, ELIOSCAN can inspect decoration in cans and jars, at a speed of up to 2,500 pieces/min. Equipped with an innovative patented illuminator capable of reducing reflections, it uses 4 colour cameras of 5M pixels each, for a total of 20M pixels of acquired and processed image. ElioScan can identify all major decoration defects such as cut blankets, out-of-register, colour-tone deviations, decoration defects, black spots, colour streaks and more.

Vision system for the Quality Control of labelling and seaming

Based on the SACMI CVS360-3D technology, LABELCHECK-360 can carry out the Quality Control of jar labelling and seaming. The CVS360 software module allows the perfect reconstruction of the external side wall, compensating for any distortion due to optical, perspective or spatial position deformation. Perfect reconstruction is the key to the success of LABELCHECK-360. Designed to work mainly in a dry environment, it is characterised by an anodised and painted aluminium structure.

Based on the SACMI CVS360-3D technology, LVS360 can carry out the Quality Control of jar labelling and seaming. The CVS360 software module allows the perfect reconstruction of the external side wall, compensating for any distortion due to optical, perspective or spatial position deformation. Perfect reconstruction is the key to the success of the LVS360. Designed to work mainly in humid or wet environments, it is characterised by a structure made entirely of stainless steel with IP65 degree protection. In addition, the LV360 is designed in accordance with the most stringent hygiene regulations for the beverage and food industry.

Integrated into SACMI lining machines or as stand-alone modules, vision systems for crown cap inspection offer the highest performance in terms of defect identification and quality assurance. For off-line inspection needs, the CAT300 allows analysing crown caps at speeds of up to 180,000 caps per hour.
