LETTER FROM THE PRESIDENT

SACMI closed 2025 positively, confirming its positioning and reputation across all Businesses.
That result was far from a foregone conclusion, as the global outlook continued to be complex, unstable and often unpredictable. The markets on which we operate are undergoing profound change.
This can no longer be interpreted as a temporary or cyclical matter: it is, rather, indicative of a structural shift in global economic, geopolitical and social balances.
This is not the first time the Group has faced widescale disruption. However, the nature of current challenges requires a further sharpening of our ability to interpret scenarios and assume a consistent, forward-looking stance by promptly adapting policies, strategies and actions.

In such a context, the factors that have driven SACMI's century-long success are now more relevant than ever, namely: boldness, the vision to discern long-term trends, and the solidity of the principles that guide our decision-making.
