The carousel can be equipped with labelling stations on fixed or mobile modules, choosing the desired solutions.

The modules, added or converted over time, leave the user with the option of creating numerous labelling solutions and combinations.

  • Removable Modules: ALL labelling station modules can be extracted and changed, thanks to an electromagnetic connector on central machine carousel (one for each labelling station module)
  • Fixed Modules: ALL the labelling station modules are fixed to the core of the machine and cannot be removed
  • Hybrid: SOME modules are fixed to the core of the labeller and SOME can be removed - it’s a combination of fixed and removable modules

Flexible and easy-accessible infeed screws

  • Feed screw with servo motor: possibility to handle cylindrical and shaped bottles, both full or empty.
  • The motorized infeed screw can exclude the feeding at one or more bottle platforms in case of fault of the single motor;
  • Bottle handled at the centre of the conveyor: transversal adjustment of the screw, especially suitable in the case of air conveyors
  • Feed screw configurations: single, double opposite, double overlaid
  • The infeed screw contrast panel can be adjusted for different container diameters

Gentle handling of the containers

  • Accurate positioning and control of the container: high quality and precision of label positioning
  • The container-holding plate, equipped with a mechanical ejection device or springs, ensures better handling  of the container during the loading and unloading phases from the carousel
  • The puck handling method is used when small or unstable products must be transported and handled. In this case, the puck protects against the product falling over during transport and being optimally transported through the production plant into the labelling machine.
  • The container can be extracted from the slide during the labelling process and then brought back inside it before unloading on the output conveyor
