The new Governance model - applied to a large group like SACMI with over 4,700 employees, a swath of subsidiaries and a significant international dimension - improves and strengthens strategic capacity. Moreover, it does so without affecting clarity, efficacy or rapid decision-making, safeguards the roles and tasks of the various bodies and coordinates the entities involved in strategic planning.
In April 2022, the SACMI Board of Directors updated the Corporate Governance model, first approved in 2017. This model became an intrinsic part of the organizational set-up, partly thanks to the involvement of the SACMI Global Network, which plays a pivotal role in attaining goals in terms of the company’s worldwide development and organization.
