24-hour ASSISTANCE, the new SACMI service for Continua+lines

Advanced tele-control and assistance services, 7 days a week, available a full 24 hours on weekdays. This latest initiative by the SACMI Customer Service Division is conceived for customers who have installed Continua+ lines and operate in Italy, the Group's biggest and most crucial market.

The world's leading supplier of tile-making technology, SACMI provides outstanding customer support with personalised solutions before, during and after the sale. More specifically, by signing up to the new service (already up and running for digital machines and now available for both purchasers of new lines and those who already run a Continua+) customers can count on a dedicated helpline that puts them in direct contact with an expert SACMI technician.

Connected via tele-assistance, the technician can also remote control the line to give 'as-if-there' support and respond to the customer's every need. To provide further support, SACMI also has a team of technicians available for on-site assistance as required.
