From the advanced H.E.R.E (High Efficiency Resource Optimizer) plant supervisor to the new-generation SACMI Digital solutions to digitally decorate large-sized tiles. So at Ceramics China 2017, which will be held at the Canton Fair Complex in Guangzhou from 1st to 4th June 2017, SACMI will present its latest technological new entries focusing on Industry 4.0. Thanks to cutting-edge sensors on the plants and the opportunity to receive feedback in real time on every point of the line, this perspective allows us to offer customers products and services with a high added value.
At stand K202, Hall 3.2, as part of the ACIMAC (the Association of Italian Manufacturers of Machines for Ceramics) collective, on the 30th anniversary of the leading event for the Chinese ceramics market, the Sacmi group focuses on Industry 4.0 as a key element to increase production efficiency with an accurate control over consumption and flows. This is all part of an integrated and customised range of machines geared towards efficiency, compactness, simplicity and flexibility of use.
The stand will then also feature elegant 90x180 cm slabs, increasingly popular on the Asian market as well, made with the PHC 7500, a high tonnage press specifically designed for the Chinese market. There will also be a sorting line designed and made by SACMI Nanhai that stands out, on the one hand, for the full automation of the process, and on the other hand, for its management efficiency (sorting and quality control, stacking and handling, packaging) also for larger formats. The range of pressing and end-of-line solutions by SACMI is completed by the SACMI Digital products, latest-generation digital decorating machines with the best performance on the market in terms of efficiency, quality and printing accuracy.
SACMI's participation in the fair's extensive schedule of conferences will also focus on Industry 4.0 opportunities, production and product digitisation. Namely, on Friday, June 2nd from 10am to 12:15 at the Pazhou Exhibition Hall (A Zone, Baiyun Conference Room) SACMI will present the report called “Industry 4.0 - The plant of the future”. This will be followed by “SACMI for digital”, a report on the latest developments of the product range of Sacmi-Intesa, a company of the Group specialising in the design of digital decoration solutions that, with the new DHD 3.0 decorating machines fitted with DIMATIX heads, gained appreciation and references worldwide.
Without leaving out the Sanitaryware and Tableware business: SACMI will also offer its latest entries in these sectors that, from pressure casting solutions to glazing robots, will deploy a brand new way of conceiving production, professional qualification, the increase of plant automation and lower consumption. These issues play a key role precisely in economies like China, where quick changes go hand in hand with the development of a new awareness of clients and local manufacturers.
Finally, for the whole duration of the event, guided tours will be held on a daily basis at SACMI Nanhai, a reference point for the Sacmi Group on the Chinese market, with a dedicated shuttle service leaving at 1pm from the trade fair district.
