Sacmi Board of Directors reappointed

Saturday, 19th May 2007: the general assembly of the Sacmi Imola Cooperative, following its approval of the 2006 balance sheet, elected the new board of directors. Domenico Olivieri, Dino Zanoni, Paolo Mongardi and Giuliano Airoli were re-elected while Dante Pirazzini, no longer a candidate as he shall soon be retiring, saw Massimo Cavalli elected in his place.
This morning, 21st May 2007, the board of directors convened and nominated Domenico Olivieri president and Paolo Mongardi vice-president.
Dino Zanoni, who had been vice-president for some time, stepped down so as to make way for a younger member; he has decided to use his long-standing experience to provide his successor with support and advice during this initial period.
