SIMEI 2019 International Exhibition is a good chance to get to know Defranceschi-SACMI, a company that is revolutionizing the winemaking sector.
Wineries have always been a perfect place for architectural expression: a place in which tradition, work, culture and aesthetics combine, the celebration of a territory promoting its brands all over the world. For this reason, it is necessary that the architectural message unmistakably matches with the DNA and history of this evocative place.
The aim of Defranceschi-SACMI is to bring the technical heart beating within the winery to the same emotional level of the whole project, by taking care of the winemaking spaces and giving them considerable significance in the global architectural, communication and identity project of each winery.
Technology is developed in order to achieve the maximum efficiency and expression and is fundamental in order to create technical elements with sophisticated design.
Collaborating with internationally renowned professionals and architects specialized in winery design, Defranceschi-SACMI offers comprehensive and prestigious solutions achieving success in the wine sector.
In addition to its Design department, Defranceschi-SACMI also markets a wide range of products, such as machines for grapes receiving and sorting, membrane presses (open and closed-drum versions), tanks and complete lines for bottling (BIB) and labelling (KUBE).
In this manner, clients can rely on a single supplier that, thanks to its long experience and network of distributors, is able to support them and meet their needs in the best way.
Among the new products on show at SIMEI 2019, the company presents the CERAMIC TANK, a project developed in collaboration with its parent company, SACMI Imola, a leading company in the ceramic machinery industry for 100 years.
Thanks to the experience and research laboratories of the latter, Defranceschi-SACMI has developed a ceramic slab with controlled porosity and 100% safe for food. Installed inside the tank, these slabs allow to generate a gas exchange (micro-oxygenation) in large volumes, from fermentation to aging, to obtain wines that are physically more stable and organoleptically more fruity and elegant.
We look forward to seeing you at SIMEI
