Third Fire, cutting, decoration: these are the core businesses of Kemac, a Sacmi Group company that moved to Salvaterra di Casalgrande in the Italian province of Reggio Emilia.
“Transferring Kemac from Fiorano to Salvaterra”, explains Claudio Marani, President of Kemac, “has allowed the creation of a manufacturing and services district with greater group synergy”. In fact Sacmi Forni, which produces kilns and driers, already has plants at Salvaterra, as does Sacmi Automation, a specialist in sorting line automation. “In turn”, points out Marani, “Kemac produces driers and kilns and the fact that we’re physically close to the main Sacmi Forni site will boost the range of services we’re able to offer customers”.
With 600 square metres of office space and 8000 square metres of factory space, “an investment”, explains Marani, “driven by growth”, the new Salvaterra-located Kemac represents the perfect partner for producers of “Third Fire”, accessory and trim items.
