The PHP5000, a 5000 ton fully automatic hydraulic press, is the state of the art equipment for the production of high thickness, high quality cookware. Dozens of SACMI’s presses are installed today in the factories of the main cookware producers all over the world and this October a new PHP5000 was started up in Prachin Buri (Thailand) at the premises of Thai Stainless Steel that is expanding its production facility to support its internationalization process.
Founded in 1971, Thai Stainless Steel quickly established itself as the main cookware producer for the Thai consumer market with the brands “Seagull” and “Rocket” pursuing high quality products at an affordable price. The Prachin Buri factory has today a state of the art production process from blanking to deep drawing, from polishing to anodizing from laser welding to the new high productivity, high efficiency cold forging granted by SACMI’s PHP5000.
