IN OUT is an innovative Sacmi-patented technical solution for the production of ceramic WCs that overcomes design barriers using a fully automated production process . Experience with complex products made using modern high pressure casting technology has shown that it is often necessary to overcome considerable technical difficulties:

• aesthetic deformation on large products
• imperfections on large flat walls as a result of firing deformation
• technical defects and breakages caused by incompatibilities between complex geometric solutions and ceramic process variables.
• the need to design objects with large internal structures to comply with design solutions, an aspect unsuited to high pressure casting technology.

IN OUT introduces the possibility of fractioning the objects into 2 parts so that each can be processed using technical solutions best suited to their final purpose. An aesthetic part, that is, the base ‘fairing’, produced using large solid spacers to counteract deformation and so prevent breakages. A technical part, that is, a motor that meets all the technical requisites of the product.

IN OUT forms motor and fairing separately as part of a high pressure casting process inside the same unit and assembles motor and fairing to produce a finished product that:

• reduces tensions within what is a complex object by assembling two distinct parts
• brings out the best in cutting-edge aesthetics to provide high quality results
• complies with all the technical requisites of the finished product
• is made all in one single casting machine like any ceramic WC
