Integrados en las máquinas encoladoras de SACMI o como módulos autónomos, los sistemas de visión para la inspección de tapones corona ofrecen el más alto rendimiento en términos de identificación de defectos y garantía de calidad. Para las necesidades de inspección fuera de línea, el CAT300 puede analizar los tapones corona a velocidades de hasta 180.000 tapones por hora.

3D VISION SYSTEM FOR QUALITY CONTROL OF DECORATIONS AND SEAMING

The CANCHECK360 vision system applies CVS360-3D technology to accurately reconstruct a 3D object into a 2D image, eliminating any distortion that may arise from object position, perspective, optics or surface reflectivity. This allows two key functions to be performed: checking for seaming defects or inspecting the decoration or labelling.

Vision system for Quality Control of beverage can decoration

Based on the SACMI CVS360-3D technology, ELIOSCAN can inspect decoration in cans and jars, at a speed of up to 2,500 pieces/min. Equipped with an innovative patented illuminator capable of reducing reflections, it uses 4 colour cameras of 5M pixels each, for a total of 20M pixels of acquired and processed image. ElioScan can identify all major decoration defects such as cut blankets, out-of-register, colour-tone deviations, decoration defects, black spots, colour streaks and more.

VISION SYSTEM FOR QUALITY CONTROL OF THE INSIDE OF BEVERAGE CANS

iCan Beverage is a Vision System for Quality Control of the interior of beverage cans. It can be configured with two, three or four cameras, depending on the required inspection accuracy. In addition, it can be equipped with an automatic changeover system and FRS reject control. The Neck Checkpoint is equipped with special optics that improve defect detection. ICAN Beverage is suitable for cans with diameters up to 70 mm and heights up to 190 mm.

Vision system for Quality Control of labelling and seaming

Based on the SACMI CVS360-3D technology, LABELCHECK-360 can carry out the Quality Control of jar labelling and seaming. The CVS360 software module allows the perfect reconstruction of the external side wall, compensating for any distortion due to optical, perspective or spatial position deformation. Perfect reconstruction is the key to the success of LABELCHECK-360. Designed to work mainly in a dry environment, it is characterised by an anodised and painted aluminium structure.

Eclipsim-Coat is the new generation of Vision Systems for Quality Control of coated sheets. Through the use of high resolution linear cameras and the patented SACMI Chrometriq illuminator, Eclipsim acquires the image of the entire sheet and analyses it in real time and at line speed, guaranteeing the detection of all defects typical of the painting process.
