Sistemas de visão e máquinas de inspeção para rolhas coroa

Integrados nas máquinas de revestimento SACMI ou como módulos autônomos, os sistemas de visão para inspeção de coroa oferecem o máximo desempenho em termos de identificação de defeitos e garantia de qualidade. Para necessidades de inspeção fora de linha, o CAT300 pode inspecionar rolhas coroa a velocidades de até 180.000 rolhas por hora.

Integrados nas máquinas de revestimento SACMI ou como módulos autônomos, os sistemas de visão para inspeção de tampas de alumínio oferecem o mais alto desempenho em termos de identificação de defeitos e garantia de qualidade. 
Módulo CHS que aplica 7 câmeras de alta resolução, é possível inspecionar a parede interna, externa e lateral das tampas com a máxima precisão; desta forma, os fabricantes podem garantir a mais alta qualidade a seus clientes finais.

MetalSight is the brand new “All-In-One” vision system for quality control of boxes and lids. Based on the new Brain Unit and Power Unit, it has been designed for flexible and fast Checkpoint changeover, so the same unit can inspect a wide range of lids, capsules and cans. Quick and easy to install on any new or existing conveyor, it can be equipped with several options, including automatic Checkpoint position adjustment and the Failsafe Rejection System (FRS), which controls correct ejection of defective parts.

3D VISION SYSTEM FOR QUALITY CONTROL OF DECORATIONS AND SEAMING

The CANCHECK360 vision system applies CVS360-3D technology to accurately reconstruct a 3D object into a 2D image, eliminating any distortion that may arise from object position, perspective, optics or surface reflectivity. This allows two key functions to be performed: checking for seaming defects or inspecting the decoration or labelling.

Vision system for Quality Control of beverage can decoration

Based on the SACMI CVS360-3D technology, ELIOSCAN can inspect decoration in cans and jars, at a speed of up to 2,500 pieces/min. Equipped with an innovative patented illuminator capable of reducing reflections, it uses 4 colour cameras of 5M pixels each, for a total of 20M pixels of acquired and processed image. ElioScan can identify all major decoration defects such as cut blankets, out-of-register, colour-tone deviations, decoration defects, black spots, colour streaks and more.

VISION SYSTEM FOR QUALITY CONTROL OF THE INSIDE OF BEVERAGE CANS

iCan Beverage is a Vision System for Quality Control of the interior of beverage cans. It can be configured with two, three or four cameras, depending on the required inspection accuracy. In addition, it can be equipped with an automatic changeover system and FRS reject control. The Neck Checkpoint is equipped with special optics that improve defect detection. ICAN Beverage is suitable for cans with diameters up to 70 mm and heights up to 190 mm.

Vision system for Quality Control of labelling and seaming

Based on the SACMI CVS360-3D technology, LABELCHECK-360 can carry out the Quality Control of jar labelling and seaming. The CVS360 software module allows the perfect reconstruction of the external side wall, compensating for any distortion due to optical, perspective or spatial position deformation. Perfect reconstruction is the key to the success of LABELCHECK-360. Designed to work mainly in a dry environment, it is characterised by an anodised and painted aluminium structure.

Eclipsim-Coat is the new generation of Vision Systems for Quality Control of coated sheets.
