Maintenance programs

A scheduled machine maintenance program is essential to keep efficiency.
SACMI helps you program routine maintenance and draw up a suitable list of personalized spare parts required to ensure your plant maintains a high level of performance minimizing machine downtime and waste.

ROUTINE MAINTENANCE

This can be requested on a quarterly, six-monthly or annual basis.
Together with your SACMI technician, you will draw up a personalized list of spare parts and program the timing of maintenance operations at the time of machine purchase.

SPECIAL MAINTENANCE

In the case of unscheduled maintenance operations, we will carry out a careful analysis of the state of the machine, evaluate a list of spare parts to suit your needs and program the timing of the maintenance operation.

The interactive user manual can be accessed directly from the SCADA interface of our casting cells and is simple to consult.

TRAINING

SACMI can organize specific training sessions to improve the skills of your technicians (production and maintenance staff) in the use of the machines.
Training is divided into theoretical and pratical sessions which can be carried out either in SACMI or at your plant. The training can be focused on various subjects according to requirements (maintenance, technical operation of the plant, technological aspects etc.).

In addition, it is possible to use AUGMENTED REALITY SOFTAWARE which can be accessed from any electronic device (smartphone, tablet, etc.), by means of a link sent by our technicians.
