After the successful event of last year in Milan, Italy, the Euro PM Congress & Exhibition returns to Spain at the Bilbao Exhibition Centre (BEC).
The annual event represents one of the mostly awaited gathering for both the industry and academy: in fact, it offers a perfect occasion for networking and tightening professional and personal relationships.
The exhibition, as well as the congress, which will be organized by the European Powder Metallurgy Association (EPMA), are an essential destination for the international PM community to meet with its suppliers, producers and end-users and to discover the latest innovations in the state-of-the-art PM technology.
SACMI, the Italian leading manufacturer of machines and complete plants across many different industrial fields and today one of the prominent technology suppliers for the PM industry, will attend the tradeshow together with the team of SACMI Iberica, which has become a pivotal facility for the company in Spain.
In fact, thank to the headquarters in Castellón de la Plana, SACMI is able to provide a fast, efficient and direct service to the local producers in terms of after sales service support.
At the show, SACMI will present the brand newMPH080 and MPH120 fully hydraulic CNC presses, based on the extremely successful MPH200. The newly developed presses show the promising result of SACMI’s PM Division hard work - investment, know-how development and partnerships with academia/industry - and aim to set a new standard for PM hydraulic pressing technology.
The meticulous attention SACMI always puts into energy saving and environmental sustainability has been taken a step further thanks to an innovative hydraulic power unit that provides lower energy consumption with reductions in the order of 15 - 40 % depending on production conditions.
Moreover, the new hydraulic circuit design offers potential speed gains of up to 50% without losing energy efficiency.
As all presses in SACMI’s range, the MPH080 and MPH120 are equipped with an Assisted Programming Interface (API), which drastically reduces the press programming and tuning times.
